1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of the offers advertised as the “Augusta Automall Demo Clearance” (“Offer”) provided by Augusta Automall (“Company”) to eligible customers. By participating in this Offer, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
This Offer is applicable to customers who purchase an eligible demo or used vehicle between 23/08/2025 and 30/08/2025. Customers must be over the age of 18 and a resident of Australia to be eligible. The list of eligible vehicles can be found below, or at https://www.augustaautomall.com.au/our-stock/?specials=true.
The Offer is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser or owner of the product.
3. Scope of the Offer
The offer includes:
· 3 Paid oil and filter change services.
· Entry into the draw to win $1000 worth of fuel, supplied as fuel vouchers.
· 12 month warranty supplied by Presidian, valid for used vehicles only. Demo vehicles will receive the remaining balance of new car warranty.
4. Prize Draw
The prize draw for the fuel card will take place in the week following the sale event. The winner will be notified by phone and email. Augusta Automall will undertake reasonable efforts make contact with the winner, however in the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of drawing, the prize will be forfeited. No redraw will take place.
5. Validity Period
The oil and filter changes are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
The 12 month Presidian used car warranty is subject to Presidian Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may void the warranty.
6. Prize Redemption
Oil change services must be conducted by Augusta Automall. Subject to availability. Please mention you wish to redeem this offer when booking your appointment.
The fuel card is valid only at select stores and cannot be exchanged for cash or in-store credit.
7. Limitations and Exclusions
The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
8. Modifications and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications will not affect customers who have already qualified for the Offer.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.
